Kudzi Coach Academy: Coaching Diploma Certification Program

This program includes 110 hours of compulsary student contact time including weekly tutorials, mentoring, feedback sessions and group support plus an additional 22 hours self directed study.
All members of the coach training will also get access to my Accelerate your Success program to help you start up and grow your coaching business - worth £497 plus lifetime access to the coaching skills membership worth £497.

This course is wide-ranging bringing in theories from neuroscience, positive psychology and transactional analysis as well as normative coaching methodologies.

All sessions are online via zoom. There is a maximum of 20 people in each group. Payment plans are available on request. All sessions are in English.

How many contact hours?
There are 100 teaching hours across the modules all delivered virtually via zoom in an interactive format.
In addition, there are 10 mentoring hours including 7 group mentoring hours (a maximum of 10 each group) and 3 individual mentoring hours.
There are 24 hours of additional learning including module booklets plus optional modules.
We believe in a holistic approach to coaching and expect our coaches to be focused on the whole person; both as them as a coach and for their clients.
The course brings together a variety of approaches which are all underpinned by the coaching standards so you have a thorough knowledge of how to coach and an approach which plays to your strengths.
Where are the classes held?
Everything is online: you will be given a zoom login for the duration of the course and attendance is registered. You will have access to a closed facebook group and recordings if you can't make sessions live (you need to attend 80% of sessions live to pass the accreditation)
The cohorts start w/c 5th October and are EITHER every Tuesday 6-10pm or Thursday 10-2.30pm excluding:
w/c 19th and 26th October
w/c 21st and 28th December
w/c 15th February
w/c 5th and 12th April
Completing w/c 17th May 2021
What language will the program be delivered in?
How is the program delivered?
Virtually in zoom sessions of up to 20 people. You will have a combination of teaching and coaching practice which is observed.
Requirements to meet to join the program;
You will be aware of the commitment for the program and will be willing to coach outside the program to gain experience.
You will be open to receiving feedback and will be keen to develop and become a certified coach.
You will need to agree to abide by the ICF ethics guidelines and to get appropriate insurance.
No formal qualifications are required.
Payment of tuition and fees:
All payments for fees will be completed by the start of the program, if you are paying on a payment plan you will have paid at least the first instalment when the program starts.
Late payments may mean that your place on the program is reviewed according to our terms and conditions.
Policies on withdrawals and refunds:
As per the terms and conditions (click at the bottom of the page) you can withdraw from the course within 14 days of signing your contract and a full refund will be offered.
If you want to withdraw beyond 14 days a place will be offered to you on a later program.
Is the course ICF accredited?
The course has been submitted to the ICF for ACTP accreditation with all obligations met.
This is a full coaching diploma program which is taught in accordance with the ICF standards and code of ethics.
